Umbrella repair service

Before sending your broken umbrella or sunshade, it's possible to draw up a first quote by mail to see if we can carry out the repair.

To do this, you fill out the following form

We have all the available parts for the umbrellas coming from our production
but but if it is an umbrella from another brand or very old, we need some technical information
in order to start the repairs.

Don't hesitate to say as much details as possible like :

- The numbers of ribs
– The size of the ribs and the diameter of your umbrella
– You have to say if it's an automatic or a classic umbrella
– you also have to say if it is a foldable or straight umbrella
– Join several pictures and a picture showing where it is broken
– Give your adress and your phone number in order to contact us

Once we have submitted the quote and if you wanted, you could send your umbrella by recorded delivery parcel to our workshop in Poitiers. (Do not send your umbrella until we have confirmed the repair by email).

Please ship your umbrella with this completed form, which allows us to be able to contact you in the event of a problem and to be able to track your package when we ship it. Without this form previously completed, we will not be able to process your request.

Once it will be repaired we will send you back by recorded delivery parcel too. Our repairs could last 15 days depending on the complexity of the work to do.

Return shipping and packaging costs for France are €13 for a folding umbrella and €17 for a straight umbrella.

Payment can be made by check, bank transfer or credit card over the phone.

We repair our umbrellas all year round (excluding end-of-year holidays and special orders).

However, we only carry out repairs on all brands at certain times and with the equipment we have available. Unfortunately, some repairs are not possible.
