In this video tutorial, you will learn how to close and fold your folding umbrella for women. It's a question that's often asked in our store, and here's how we demonstrate it to our customers.

To close your women's folding umbrella securely, pull the runner with the notch.
The runner is black on women's folding umbrellas. It is located at the very top of the inside of your umbrella when it is open.

Slide it all the way to the bottom of the rod and place the notch in the hook above the handle. You'll hear a gentle click to confirm closure.

Then hold your umbrella horizontally and grip its handle with your right hand.
With your left hand, take the fold of fabric from the outside and place it to the left.
At each pleat, make sure you pick up the tips with your right hand, so that the pleat lies flat to the left each time. This will let you know when you've reached 8.^th rib. 
Ensuite, venez tourner la poignée dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre en tournant les plis avec votre main gauche afin qu’ils se positionnent correctement.
Check that the closing braid is correctly positioned with the male side of the snap facing outwards.

Finally, clip on the snap.
