Tailor-made circus umbrellas

For once: umbrellas that won't be used to protect you from the rain!

Two customers look in the window and enter our store, intrigued by the diversity of our umbrellas. They had never seen handmade umbrellas before on their travels around the world.

They explain that they need two special umbrellas for their shows, one a mini umbrella (like a doll's umbrella) and the other in sunsahde format, pink in color and with a special handle. Delighted to be able to serve them and have them choose, we start searching through our stock of vintage materials, and they end up selecting a beautiful elephant handle for the sunshade and a smaller handle for the mini umbrella.

Being in Poitiers for only a few days, they needed to pick them up fairly quickly.
So we set to work! We set about making these two custom umbrellas.

Once finished, they came to pick them up, and delighted with our workmanship, we took the opportunity to get to know them and show them around our premises. Rossi Victor and Alexia, who perform all over the world, are going to use our umbrellas for their various acts - incredible! We're delighted to have shared this moment with them and to know that our umbrellas will travel and make people dream all around the world ☂🌂🎈🤸‍♀️

Another wonderful meeting at the Fabrique de parapluies François, between Lilyan the 5th generation and Victor the 8th generation of a family of Franco-Italian circus artists, as well as Alexia, a day full of history and emotion. See you soon Alexia and Victor for new umbrellas!
